In addition, he is the founder of Roadies Koffeehouz, one of the fastest-growing café chains in India, reflecting his entrepreneurial acumen and ability to build aspirational consumer brands from the ground up.

Henry Nidecker
Henry Nidecker is a Swiss entrepreneur and the current CEO of the Nidecker Group, the family‑owned action‑sports conglomerate founded in 1887 by his ancestor Henri Nidecker in the Swiss AAlps. He has led the group since September 2007, overseeing a portfolio of innovative brands that includes Nidecker, Jones, YES, NOW, Flow, Bataleon, Emerica, éS, Etnies, Rome, Thirtytwo and #YES. In addition to his role as CEO, Henry serves as a Director of NDK Switzerland SA, managing brand licensing, and is a co‑founder of Nidecker Immobilier SA and Kenshi.io. As a fifth‑generation member of the Nidecker family, he continues the legacy of innovation and passion for board sports that has guided the company for over five generations.
